Divorce
I work closely with individuals throughout the divorce process, from the decision to file through negotiated settlements, mediation, trial and requests for post-decree modification or enforcement. I provide compassionate counsel in all matters arising out of a divorce, including custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support, property division, and domestic violence/abuse issues. For more information, see my divorce page.
Child Custody and Visitation
I represent men and women in disputes involving parenting time and decisions regarding where minor children will live after divorce. In all situations, I strive to help you create solutions that are in the best interests of your children while still protecting your rights as a parent. See my child custody and visitation page to learn more.
Child and Spousal Support
I handle all issues involving child support and spousal support. I will review any proposed child support agreements to ensure that they comply with Pennsylvania guidelines and that they properly consider all income, including seasonal and self-employment income. I will help you determine whether alimony is appropriate and, if so, how much should be paid for how long. To learn more, see my support page.
Property Division
I will help you put together an agreement that fairly divides marital debts and assets, including real property, bank accounts and investments, business property and retirement funds, including state pensions. For additional information, see my property division page.
